What we do?

  • We help strengthen national health systems, improve the performance of programs implemented by Ministries  of Health, non-governmental organizations and healthcare start-ups.
  • We support  clients in shaping health policy and strategy goals, forming and  managing effective cross-sector partnerships, and scaling up  interventions for effective  out reach to target population.

Within our  network of consultants, we have more than 20 years of healthcare experience in the Caribbean and internationally; some of our consultants are qualified doctors with a  background in patient care, infectious disease control, business model in healthcare and research. All consultants have a Master's degree or higher in Medicine or Life Sciences.

 How we Work?

We foster relationships between organizations at the local, regional, and  national levels to tackle intractable problems, agree on policies and  actions,  break down barriers, cut through  bureaucracies, and speed up implementation to reach the communities most  in need of help.

  • The nature of our involvement varies by project. It involves building new entities and  improving the effectiveness of established  bodies.  It also includes  creating results at a local level, through capacity building and enhancing tools for foundations and grant-supported organizations to function efficiently.
  •  The scope of our includes working with with policy makers  providing advice, developing, monitoring and implementing projects and programs, as well as conducting audits and putting forward recommendations for quality improvement.

  •  We act as a catalyst in enabling multi-sectoral responses to :

Controlling and eradicating infectious diseases.  Every year,  millions of children die of preventable diseases in developing countries. In the Caribbean region with the roll out of the HPV vaccine, we are able to work with organizations to assist with promotion and tackle shortcomings in the cold chains needed to distribute and store vaccines safely.

Ending preventable child deaths.  We are able to pilot projects designed to prevent  mother-to-child transmission of HIV across the region by  increasing the number of Health centers, polyclinics providing testing and treatment services  to pregnant women.

Improving family-planning uptake. We support  reproductive health programs by helping organizations to reach consensus  on goals, design operating structures, and roll out in-country  programs.
